No and about only hope would be a egg donor. And that is not cheap. My sister is in the same spot you are. Until she started looking into egg donor. It was like she was morning the loss of her option to have another baby. Now she is all excited again.

I personally for my daughter ended up buying everything made by graco for the storller careset swing and high chair.. for furniture we bought a madison collection from babies r us but they discontinued that set since i think cuz when we went back to get the toy chest everything was clearanced
