Do modern women care about their kids will think about them in the future.?

I mean today its all about the woman's choice, about what's right for her in the moment. So women today have children by IVF, they delay motherhood even unto their 40's, in the full knowledge such children will have a greater risk of problems. They dispose of partners, some have children with 2 or more different partners and the state fully supports these choices they make, including the right to abort and have child by sperm donor. All fine and dandy. BUT there is one thing that cannot be legislated for, the feelings of the resulting offspring as they grow up. How do children feel about mothers who have multiple partners, with whom the greater the number the greater the risk of child abuse ? How does a child feel when it discovers its father was a donated sperm ? Supposing IVF in the future is found to cause enormous health problems to resulting kids ? After all, nobody knows the long term effects, it';s just like a giant experiment. To cut short, do modern women realise that all these ' needs ' they are fulfilling with regard to reproduction may well result in kids who are less than happy with the ' choices ' mummy made ?
