What are your comments?

I agree that energy security does not come from nuclear or few reactors imported unless we ultimately reach the thorium technology. However, I differ from the other statement that development can be through imports or indigenous programmes. I feel it is necessary that we delink these two issues so that a reasonable solution can be arrived at.
