Is my tank safe for my fish?

I have2 tennis ball size Lemon Severn's living in a 29 gallon tank of plain ole tap water. They have been in it now for about 3 years doing partial water changes and changing filters. And the are perfectly healthy. My water comes from a artisan well and is high in calcium,and fish Love it. So I am thinking this lady ws bsing you
