I get it so often in one or the other tendons, usually after having run on an incline or up steps. Over the weekend, I ran up some steps at a park and felt it the next day in my right tendon. Last night, I ran two miles on smooth grand and feel it in my left. It's not so bad, but don't want it to get like last year, when I couldn't play hockey for a week or two. Any suggestions for maintaining my tendons?
