What Villains would you put in the new Batman movie? And who would play them?

Ok.... I would cast Johnny Depp as The Riddler, unlike Joker I would make Riddler a sort of guy who wouldn't give you much chances... but always leave clues which points to some other crimes and mob bosses .... ( I would love to bring back Two-Face but he's dead ). The story would be something like this: Batman has become a pariah (after the events of TDK) so Bruce Wayne is living a normal but dejected life ( remembering his love interest Rachel Dawes ) ... I think I have to take the sleep walking part from Frank Miller's " Dark Knight Returns " too ... and about Poison Ivy, Bane and Penguin ... I don't think Nolan is interested in bringing them because they are already quite popular among the audience, I think he intends to show people something new ... and Nolan will not bring Robin in his movies, Bale is also not interested in having the wonder boy as his sidekick !
