Yankees Joba Chamberlain Is he the real deal? And are the Joba rules followed to strictly?

Do you think Joba is really as good as we make him out to be or is it because he is so fresh from his few innings and hitters lack of experience vs the hard throwing right handed current set-up pitcher. Do you think the yankees should be following the Joba rules every inning pitched he is benched for that many days after? I mean the kid has talent but we have hyped this guy up so much.
