How can I get even with my oldest sister?

Sorry this is Long But need to explain a few things about this woman. We all have known someone who cries wolf just to get their way. Well I have a sister who is 63 years old and she is a Habitual Trouble Maker, Habitual LIAR, and has finally caused the last trouble for me I am so tired of it. She has lied and caused trouble my hole life. I REFUSE to tolerate her or her trouble any longer. In 1989 her supposed husband Died. But then we find out their marriage was false. They had been together since 1971 but never married. Her son was supposed to have been adopted But she changed his birth Certificate and raised him by the name she wanted him to have. His birth Certificate says Quinn but she took a marker and drew a line through it and put Bartlett.She caused trouble with me and my parents my hole life. Then I got married and she and my mother ruined that marriage.We divorced because my families troubles.I remarried in 1984 moved 1000 mile away just so they stayed out of my life. Then in 1990 after her husband past away she called and asked if I had a job I said YES excuse me you called me at work didn't you. She called my new husband at work and he told her he had a job. The next day her and her 22 year old Dead beat using piece of trash son showed up at my job. I told her I had to work late. And never even told them where I lived. When I got home from work there they sat. They decided to move to the town we lived in Because they needed a new start. She up and got a job where I worked at. She refuses to keep herself clean. Has a body odor that is worse than a Skunk. But told lies on me at work until I got fired. She never told any of the family she was coming to Arkansas. So a week later my mother called and my husband told her they were here. So in 1991 my trouble making mother Calls she got evicted from her home and she came to Arkansas. Wow there went my marriage. So in 1996 mom finally died. And in 1997 My sister and her son moved to a town 30 mile away. She called he was abusing her. So I got her out of her situation. She started abusing my husband I took her back to her son. They moved to Nebraska, six weeks later to South Dakota, then Wyoming, then back to South Dakota, then Colorado, then Wisconsin, then Illinois, back to Missouri, back to Illinois, to Iowa, Joplin Missouri, then in 2000 back to Arkansas. But she got mad because I would NOT let them move in on us again. I was having marriage trouble by then. So they moved back to South Dakota. She married a man 4 months younger than her Son. who by this time was 40. Then they done their South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Kansas, And she went to jail for 65 days/ Her son lost his 3 kids to South Dakota DHS. They got him on 10 counts of Abuse.It was so bad he Completely Lost ALL Parental RIGHTS FOR LIFE. in 2007 she called she said he had Beat the crap out of her. Stole her money. And got her evicted from her apartment. Well I got a big heart I told her to get the money we had a room she could stay in until she got on her feet. So she was here 5 weeks. I had my fill of poor me, smoking in my house when I was gone, And runnig my life. I kicked her out. She went back to her son. Was gone 3 years and called with her Wolf story again. I again opened my door. Yes again the same old story she was here from September of 2009 until March 2010. She was putting stuff in my food to make me sick, I was sick the whole time she was here. And she came in March 28th and started screaming at me and throwing things at me. And March 29th she ORDERED me to take her to the Salvation Army or she was calling the Cops on me for holding her against her will So I told her to pack and took her to town. Have heard nothing from her since. I went by her place yesterday only to find she moved out last month and went Back to South Dakota to her abusive son. She has turned the whole family against me now. I tried to email my sister in Illinois she has blocked my emails, tried to email her son and he blocked my emails, tried his girlfriend and she done the same. But i don't know what Park of south dakota she went to, She gets a disability check and SSI that is the only reason he wants her back.What scares me is her granddaughter emailed me 3 weeks ago and wanted to know where her grandmother was at they have intentions of hurting her because of her son loosing thenm in 2005 and now to know she is back where her granddaughter is at. My niece told my son on the phone the Bi*** deserved to die for her daddy loosing his kids. So Now I am scared for my sister.
