Could I have Crohn's Disease or IBS?
Sorry to hear about your problem. I think you might be taking in too much fiber. Try lowering it to somewhere around 20-30 grams a day and keep up the water. If you don't experience any relief you might try going on a gluten free diet. Gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease can cause the symptoms you have. Celiac Disease is more common in people of European descent. My ex is 100 percent Finlander! He has Celiacs Disease and he had many vague symptoms. The other option you might look into is using Brewers Yeast instead of Fiber. I love the stuff and you get other great benefits from it. You can read about it here a href="http://www.lewis-labs.com/products/fiberyeast.htm..." rel="nofollow"http://www.lewis-labs.com/products/fiber…/a I use their Brewers Yeast and I love it. You might see if the kind of Fiber you are taking is the problem. You can read about Celiac Disease here... a href="http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/celiac/index.htm#symptoms" rel="nofollow"http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases…/a and here is one on gluten sensitivity..a href="http://www.finerhealth.com/Educational_Info/Gluten_Sensitivity/#What_are_the_symptoms" rel="nofollow"http://www.finerhealth.com/Educational_I…/a Hope this helps and best too you.
