Do you think a teenager can earn 5,000 a year with a part time job?

i want to study abroad and the cost for it is 4,200. during the school year i want to get a part time job somewhere. i live in chittenago new york or aka syracuse. do you think 5,000 is do-able. im 15 turning 16 in early April.
