Fuel problems on a 2006 dodge magnum 3.5?

i got a hole in my gas tank on my 2006 magnum. it was almost a full tank and lost about 7 gallons. i used epoxy to temopraly fix the leak, but now, when i start the car, its seems as though its not getting enough gas. it sputters like its going to stall all the time. i thought when i put the strap back on the tank, it may have pinched a line, but i loosened it and that wasnt the problem. im thinking it may be the fuel filter, but i can not find it. does anyone have any suggestions?
