How should I write a 60 day notice to vacate when we're breaking our lease because my husband is in the Army?

My husband is leaving for BT in the Army a month before our lease ends. We need to break our lease 2 months early so we can move out and get into a new place. I understand we probably won't be getting our security deposit back, but it would be nice to get it since we're going to be going at least 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks with no income until the Army paychecks start coming in. We have a copy of his orders and contract. How do I write this letter so that I give notice, and inform them of our need for the deposit back? We are giving them 60 days notice and it is a 1 year lease, but we are leaving 2 months early.
