Is it true does a guy after losing you wants you bc there is nothing better out there.?

he seems like a player with nothing better to do. guys would only go back after a girl if they love them, or because some guys want what they can't have. I would stay away from him, and not go out with him. People can change some, but in general, people don't change. (the only way he could change is if he really wanted to)
